At MEDvidi, you can see a healthcare provider online for a variety of mental health conditions. The treatment process includes three steps:
Step 1 – Signing up and scheduling an appointment. Create an account to access your Personal Portal, provide basic personal and medical information, and schedule your initial appointment.
Step 2 – Initial video visit. See a certified healthcare provider who will assess your symptoms, review your health history and create a personalized treatment plan.
Step 3 – Follow-ups. Connect with your provider regularly to track your progress, refill your prescriptions, and discuss any questions related to the treatment process.
To prescribe medication, a prescribing provider has to be licensed in the state where the patient is located. Currently, we have prescribing providers who are licensed to serve residents of Arizona (AZ), California (CA), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Idaho (ID), Illinois (IL), Indiana (IN), Kansas (KS), Kentucky (KY), Maine (ME), Maryland (MD), Massachusetts (MA), Michigan (MI), Mississippi (MS), Missouri (MO), Montana (MT), Nebraska (NE), Nevada (NV), New Hampshire (NH), New Mexico (NM), New York (NY), North Carolina (NC), North Dakota (ND), Ohio (OH), Oregon (OR), Pennsylvania (PA), Tennessee (TN), Texas (TX), Vermont (VT), Virginia (VA), Washington (WA), Wisconsin (WI), Wyoming (WY)
The initial appointment is a 30-minute online consultation with a medical provider. A clinician will assess your symptoms, make a diagnosis, create a treatment plan, and provide you with a prescription if deemed necessary.
Follow-up visits are 15 minutes in length and allow you and your doctor to monitor your progress and adjust your treatment plan if needed.
We provide an ongoing online care and medications management for a wide range of mental health conditions, such as Anxiety, Depression, ADHD and more. It doesn’t matter which condition you need to be taking care of – you can do it under any of our plans.
The cost of an appointment depends on the service you’ve chosen and your location. You can ask our care team about the exact price of your visit or see the amount once you choose the service and the state.
Medical providers at MEDvidi are Medical Doctors (MD), Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), Nurse Practitioners (NP), Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP), and Physician Assistants (PA). They are certified to diagnose and treat mental health conditions as well as prescribe medications online, including controlled substances.
MEDvidi offers our patients a variety of medication options, including Schedule 2-5 drugs medications to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, insomnia, etc. We often start with non-controlled treatment options. If this is not sufficient for the individual, then our prescribers will consider the addition of other medications. MEDvidi also provides medication treatment for ADHD.
