We wrote an NSARCO.com review for customers that have or are in contact with this company. At EzCare Medical Clinic, our qualified staff has helped thousands of patients qualify for emotional support animal letters so they can keep their pets in housing facilities and travel with them in the cabins of airplanes. To qualify for an ESA letter, patients must have a diagnosed mental or emotional disorder and their pet must provide a therapeutic benefit. Our staff knows the process of qualifying patients for ESA letters and issuing a letter that is accepted in all 50 states.
Not all companies are like EzCare Clinic. NSARCO.com, also called the National Service Animal Registry, is a scam site that does not provide legitimate services. Here’s how to spot their scam and avoid losing your valuable time and money.

What is NSARCO.com?
NSARCO.com claims to be the National Service Animal Registry and offers a registration service for your ESA as well as certificates, ID tags, vests, and other products. These are immediate red flags as there is no official registration for ESAs and registering them has no value.
At EzCare Medical Clinic, we never claim to register your ESA. We only provide you with legitimate ESA letters that are guaranteed and valid in all 50 states.
Signs of fake ESA letters
Is NSARCO.com Legit?
It is obvious that NSARCO is not a legitimate website. Its claims to be able to register your ESA are false. Upon further investigation, the site directs patients to a therapist service that can provide ESA letters. However, it leads the customer to believe that registering your ESA is the way to qualify for the benefits with the Housing Authority and with national airlines. This site also has a phone number that goes straight to voice mail and, though there is a physical location listed on the site, it’s impossible to verify. The company does not mention speaking with any licensed physicians or mental health professionals and implies that filling out some forms is all you need to do to ‘register’ your ESA and gain the benefits of living and traveling with them.
Our services at EzCare Medical Clinic are straightforward. We offer ESA letters that are valid and qualified by licensed health professionals who interview each applicant either in person or via our telehealth system. We never claim to register your ESA and we only sell you the products you need. Our physical location is easy to verify and we answer our customer service hotline seven days a week.

Nsarco Unlicensed Practice of Medicine
Literally, you are not buying a letter, you are getting a consultation with a licensed doctor and receiving a prescription afterward. In order to get this prescription, you have to speak with a licensed MD via telehealth or in-person. The name of the doctor or the clinic should be available on the website so anyone can verify it with the Medical Board or the State Agency. It might be considered as an Unlicensed Practice of Medicine if someone is hiding their name and providing medical services without a license.

To verify a clinic as a legitimate medical service, you can visit the Medical Board website in your state( California: https://www.mbc.ca.gov/Breeze/License_Verification.aspx). From there, you type in the name “Nsarco” and would see the license number but that is not the case and no information is found. The only conclusion we can make is that this service is trying to make us believe they are real doctors, which we were unable to verify with the Medical Board. Verify the doctor or clinic before using any service!
